If you have insurance and need help verifying coverage or assistance, please email or leave a voicemail with the following details:
1) Your name
2) Client’s full name and date of birth
3) Insurance company name and member identification number

Self-Pay Rates

Individual Sessions:
Initial session: $175.00
30-minute session: $80.00
40–55-minute session: $150.00
Couple/Family Sessions:
Initial session: $200.00
30-minute session: $90.00
40–55-minute session: $180.00
